Bill Clinton proposed a plan that over time, we would pay our way out of the deficit and repay all nations we had borrowed from and we were even going to be able to start paying back social security. The US National Debt Clock depicts that had we just listened, we would be right where he said we would be. Instead, we are in horrible debt with almost literally no way out of it. I don’t see us surviving this one.
