I know that as part of my culture I have been use to eating a lot. This use to be okay when I was in my youth, but now as an adult the food adds up to more pounds. I wasn’t sure how to make a dent in my weight gain until I heard a radio program called Piolin Por La Manana. Here I learned about a workout that could help me lose weight and also get into great hape, so I could do more.
