The latest news in the EPL is that the Barcelona midfirlder Deco has signed a 7.2 million dollar contract with Chelsea. Deco will be Felipe Scolari’s first signing as the Chelsea manager. Deco is likely to replace the position of Frank Lampard who has gone to Inter Milan. Deco joined Barcelona in 2004 from FC Porto and won two league championships and the Champions League in 2006.
